If you've not yet had the opportunity to sit and move and laugh and cry in the company of Alison Sinatra, now is your chance. Her already large following is fast-growing, her teaching travels are more often taking her further afield, and before long it will hard to nab a spot in Alison's workshops and classes.  So, don't think twice.  Cozy into our beautiful, snow globe of a winter-time studio and experience a restorative, transformative day of connecting with yourself and other women. Alison, with over fifteen years experience as a teacher and leader of women's circles, is known for her warmth, intelligence, and humor, as well as her ability to hold deeply sacred, healing, love-filled space. She will draw on the energy of the water and woods to help us work with the quiet, soft, and introspective space that winter creates. Through asana, prayer, conversation, meditation and song, we will be held by winter’s softness and emerge feeling rested and restored and supported by sacred sisterhood.  Expect a delicious and simple meal as well! This is a perfect event to attend alone or with a sister, friend, mother or daughter.  Beginners welcome! With space for only 20 women, this event will fill up fast! Cost: $120.

to Isla Verde, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala
with Alison Sinatra + Magi Pierce
February 2nd–9th, 2019

Escape with Alison Sinatra and Magi Pierce to Lake Atitlan, a magical crater lake located in the heart of Guatemala. This retreat will provide you with the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of life, and explore a remote part of the world that will open your heart and your perspective to what could be.

The trip begins with an overnight stay in the beautiful, colonial city of Antigua, where the group will assemble, and your first taste of life in Guatemala will be enjoyed. We will then make our way to Isla Verde, a unique and beautiful lakefront retreat center with a laid back vibe.

Our days will include daily Yoga classes with Alison & Magi, delicious locally sourced meals, as well as plenty of time for relaxation, rejuvenation and reflection amongst the energetic vortex that is Lake Atitlan.

Outdoor lovers will have the opportunity to partake in many adventurous activities throughout our week including kayaking, hiking, and stand up paddle boarding. We will also have plenty of opportunity to experience the ancient Mayan culture of Lake Atitlan, and give back by volunteering at a local preschool. Boat rides are readily available to visit neighboring villages where you can take in some amazing people watching, local foods, markets, and some of the best textile and arts shopping in Central America.

Alison Sinatra + many queens
May 9–12, 2019
at THE DUTCHESS, Rhinebeck, NY

We announced our dates for this retreat a few days ago and spaces are already filling up. Seriously ladies, it is that good!

Return of the Queen 2019 falls over Mother's Day weekend, the time of year when the seasons turn from inward to outward. We will have a new lineup of teachers, dancing galore, and the chance to connect to the Sacred Mother within.

There is an undeniable energy afoot when women come together. Breakthroughs and transformations occur; individuals find center; the collective gets lifted; and the effects of our efforts spill out into our everyday lives, benefiting our partners, friends, families and communities.

Our home for Return of the Queen is a private estate in New York’s Hudson Valley. Situated on 300 acres of farmland and walking trails, The Dutchess is an intentionally under-the-radar retreat spot. All amenities are top of the line, queen style, and seriously deluxe.

Prices start at $850. Local queens, please note that we are not offering commuter spots this year. Stay with us on the land!

Email with any questions.
