SONDRA + ALISON'S CONVERSATION
WITH OUR SACRED WILDNESS
Saturday January 20, 2018, 9am — 5pm
Feathertail Farm, Hudson, NY
Using imagination, voice, and gentle wild yoga to embody our longing for beauty, wholeness, and connection, soul-guides Alison and Sondra Loring offer a day-long retreat to nourish and practice together toward our own state of union.
We’ll practice yoga, sit in silence, dip into the sauna, and enjoy a delicious vegan lunch.
One partial work scholarship is available.
Friday, February 9, 2018, 6:30pm — 8:30pm
The Yoga Tree, Haverhill, MA
We all need to take care of ourselves during these busy times in this seemingly mixed up world.
Come spend two hours caring for your mind, body, and spirit through a mix of different yoga practices.
There will be nourishing music, kundalini kriyas to purify, flow to create rhythm, yin to go deep, and restorative to calm and relax.
My intention is to leave you feeling a sense of Spirit. All are welcome but some yoga experience is encouraged.
Sunday, February 10, 1pm — 3pm
JP Centre Yoga, Boston, MA
Yoga is the yoking of the mind, body and spirit.
To do this, we will use asana, breath and focus drawing also from philosophies of Native traditions and the teachings and wisdom of the natural world.
Particularly in this moment in history, there can be such a profound feeling of separation.
Come dip into the collective energy of this class to renew your Spirit and perhaps remember that, from head to toe, inside and out, we are all connected and interdependent not only with one another but with all of Creation.
